To mark the official entry of Al Rabwa Real Estate into the UAE market, Topaz Events was appointed by our partner, Create Nation, to deliver complete event management and production services. As the newly established sister company of Ellington Properties, Al Rabwa required a debut that highlighted their commitment to high-quality industrial communities, specifically unveiling their flagship project, “Al Qasimia Future 6” in Sharjah.
We worked closely with Create Nation to translate the brand’s vision of resilient, future-ready infrastructure into a polished live event. The objective was to create a professional, high-stakes environment that engaged investors and demonstrated the strategic value of this master-planned industrial development.
What the client needed
Al Rabwa Real Estate required a launch event that would:
Establish immediate brand authority by visually connecting the new entity to the prestige of Ellington Properties.

Immersive Entrance Experience Construction of a dynamic LED screen tunnel, a branded media wall, and a welcoming reception area to set the tone upon arrival.
Advanced Visual Technology Installation of the latest technology LED screens throughout the venue, including an “Immersive Room Experience” to engage potential investors.
Grand Stage Production Fabrication of a main indoor stage featuring massive LED screens for high-impact presentations, supported by top-quality sound and lighting technology.
VIP Hospitality Creation of a dedicated VIP Majlis area designed for private high-level meetings and networking.
Interactive Entertainment Management of engaging performances, including an interactive dance show and a unique live sand drawing show projected in real-time from a tangible table to the main screen.
Premium Event Setup Provision of VIP luxury furniture, including high-end sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, ensuring a comfortable and sophisticated setting for distinguished guests.
